CHARLOTTE BREADMORE ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a gentle, time-tested practice that helps the body return to balance physically, emotionally, and energetically. Using ultra-fine needles placed at specific points, it supports the body’s natural healing, easing tension, improving circulation, and promoting overall wellbeing.
Motivated by my own positive experience with Five Element acupuncture, and having always sought out complimentary therapies to support my health, I retrained as a practitioner. During my three year professional licentiate at The Acupuncture Academy (TAA) I gained valuable experience and insight to the word of Chinese medicine. During my clinical year, I trained under the supervision of a highly accredited practitioner here in London, deepening my understanding of Five Element theory and practice.
Since starting my practice, I continue to be amazed at how impactful acupuncture can be as we navigate an increasingly stressful world. Dedicated to providing individualised care to my patients, I often include adjunctive techniques such as moxibustion, gua-sha, and cupping where necessary.
I’m a fully accredited and insured member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the leading self-regulatory body for acupuncture in the UK. As a member, I am obligated to adhere to the Council's rigorous Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics.

Initial consultation
Our initial appointment lasts 90 minutes. We’ll talk through your health history, current concerns, and anything else you’d like to share. You’ll also receive your first acupuncture treatment, relevant to your diagnosis during this session.
Follow-up treatments
Ongoing sessions are one hour and tailored to your individual needs. By treating the root cause of your symptoms we give your body the space it needs to heal and find lasting balance. Where appropriate, techniques like moxa, gua sha, or cupping may be added.
Your treatment plan
I’ll create a treatment plan to support your care, which may include gentle lifestyle suggestions. As acupuncture works cumulatively, a short series of sessions is often recommended to allow the effects to build over time.
