I’m a fully licensed and insured Five Element acupuncturist and a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council. My journey began through my own experience of how deeply acupuncture can support us, especially in times of stress, change, or emotional overwhelm.

Five Element acupuncture is rooted in the idea that our health depends on the balance of five elements; Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, each connected to different organs, emotions, and natural rhythms. When these elements fall out of balance, we can feel it on physical, emotional, or energetic levels.

Stimulating acupuncture points helps to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, balance hormones, support immunity, and ease pain and inflammation.

My approach is compassionate and holistic and I look to treat the root cause of symptoms, not just the surface. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including chronic pain, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, women’s health, sleep, digestion, and emotional wellbeing.
